Helps music lovers meet new people and explore their cities' music scenes.

Music lovers can miss out on great gigs if they’ve got nobody to go with. Our team tested this assumption using focus groups with concert-goers, plus interviews with organisers and artists. Our outcome was a persona, Ailsa, whose task goals are:

Jam helps people like Ailsa by recommending nearby gigs and ‘matching’ her up with strangers with similar tastes. A ‘chat’ interface helps the group to organise their night out, and plan further events in the future.
